Exhale to a forward fold
Inhale to come all the way up to standing arms reach high [Start of video]
Exhale to fold forward hands through heart center.
Inhale halfway up
Exhale high to low plank
Inhale upward facing dog
Exhale downward facing dog
Take a deep breath in, empty the breath, look forward and step or float to the top of your mat.
Repeat.
