With vast experience in leading yoga workshops since 2009, from beginner workshops to inversion/arm balancing workshops and everything in between – participants will benefit greatly from focused attention on alignment, form, and execution of yoga postures.
Marina’s workshops will leave participants with breakthroughs, empowerment, and new insights to inform their yoga practice.
Workshops are two-hour intensive sessions and are delivered in a studio setting or virtually via Zoom.
